Roast Vegetables In The Airy Fryer


Chop up vegetables in to even sizes.

I used a glass dish but you can use a tray.
Add the vegetables, 1 tablespoon of ghee (or your preferred choice of fat or oil) and some salt.
I set the air fryer to 10 minutes at 150c to melt the ghee.
Then mix up the vegetables so they get covered.
Then cooked for around 25-45 minutes around 180c until cooked to your preference.

- 3 parsnips
