  2. Making the Dough: Combine 500 g of strong flour, 350 ml of water, and 150 g of starter in a bowl. Add 10 g of salt and knead until smooth.
  3. Rise and Bake: Let the dough rise for about 4 hours, shaping it into a loaf. Preheat your oven, score the top, and bake for 30-40 minutes. Enjoy the aroma!
