Simple Steps:
- Turn the pressure cooker to sauté.
- Add the 3 chicken breasts.
- Add in 2 cups of water, 2 tablespoons of butter, 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice, and stock cube.
- Cook until just the stock cube and butter has melted.

- While the chicken is cooking, halve 18 cherry tomatoes.
- Once the chicken is cooked, turn to sauté mode and add the cherry tomatoes, cook them until they are slightly softened.
- Serve hot, garnished with coriander and lemon wedges on the side. Salt and pepper to taste.
